Each year, the William Morris Society of Canada creates a special birthday cake. But they are not the only ones. A collection of birthday cakes made in William Morris and Arts & Crafts designs, not only by William Morris but including Philip Webb, CFA Voysey, Edward Burne-Jones, and Motawi Tile.
William Morris Birthday Cake for 2021 is Sweet Briar, and evidently quite well received! The cake is a lemon sponge, with a strawberry middle, lemon buttercream, decorated with buttercream flowers and vines. It was made by Lera Kotsyuba. video.
